Cathy has more than 20 years of banking and lending experience, she’s dedicated her career to helping homebuyers become mortgage-ready. Cathy believes that achieving the American Dream of homeownership is extremely important. Therefore she is committed to helping her clients through the homebuying process, step by step. She has extensive knowledge about FHA and SONYMA loans, as well as loans for condos, co-ops, and 1-4 family homes. This allows her clients to make the right decisions from the start. Cathy is also experienced in first-time homeownership and has relationships with non-profit agencies for potential grants and down payment assistance.

Cathy holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hunter College and a master’s in organizational management from St. Joseph’s University.
